Its strange do you actually know what happened with this company in the past 3 years. There is no drilling that is going to happen they are down to their last 400k and cashflow is negative. Phillipines was meant to be sorted out months ago which they sold for some small royalty which they will never get as PNOC is stalling so they can get the entire acerage in the end for free as the lease is about to expire. So if they actually receive that 700k USD it is only enough to pay off Gary's existing million dollar loan he lent to the company.
