This news should be factored in to current sp, but the general doom and gloom (and push and shove by the powers that be) will inevitably see a fall in sp today again.
However, as we all know, the fundamentals remain extremely robust and market fluctuations shall reverse - as and when I am not privvy to of course, but guesstimate rock'n'rolling through to new year.
