In the meantime I have received an answer to my question regarding a capital raise (the question was answered during the AGM):
Q: "Is a capital raise planned in this calendar year and - if the answer is "yes" - will retail shareholders be allowed to take part (which will hopefully be the case because I fear major dilution)? "
A: " [..] capital raising is an avenue for achieving our goals and we've not yet reached a final decision on what we might do from the perspective [..]"
My personal conclusion: we may see a CR in the next months but it is not certain.
By the way: two other questions have been asked an answered. I will post them later.
In the meantime I have received an answer to my question...
