With 2240 USD/t realised price, my evaluation over PLS for P580 is 3.76 AUD, and P680 is 4.4 AUD.
The SP is for sure reflect the movement of the Spot price, this is what the commodity stock will do. And the spot price is very emotional, I expect the price to be stabilised or improved over the coming three months, as at below 2,500 USD/t many are trading spod at a loss.
Predict the Lithium Price is even harder with all messes around the global economic with geographic conflict, so again I am wondering, what if, we are still doing the Auction?
My view kept unchanged on auction is necessary to offset the manipulation of the spot price because of China's dominant in Li chemical processing capability, however the 1st delivery to POSCO JV is remarkable for PLS.
It all looks positive from here.
