Sort the SOI as they said they would long ago. For starters.. Pay a regular divi - as they keep labelling the company a divi payer!
They can do more to help the SP and have not delivered on their promises here.
We all understand and agree on the other good points..
Some acknowledge the poor SP and demand better.

This is a listed company - only so to cover the financial shortfall of the directors. For no other reason and that is quite evident in their actions.
You cant have your cake and eat it to guys. Show some respect to the other SH and pay your dues.

Do these guys know what they're doing, driving shareholders away? it does seem so to some...

I'm not sure if the resolution #3 is about giving the directors a pay rise.

My read is that it's increasing the pool of money available to pay non exec directors.

They may be looking at being on further directors possibly.
