Once again you are just dot joining and failing to properly understand announcements. Neither NUH or RT has ever directly stated that the RT OTC solution contains NUH technology..
RT announced their OTC hardware on 13 January 2022 before investing in NUH. In engineering terms means they had been working on the technology for at least 3-5 years before the announcement.

The Gen 4 will be a generic OEM product made in China with HP branding.
