I find myself agreeing with Soxy. JF has talked about addressing shareholder returns since arriving. But has only delivered 2 lines in a slide show. Despite a record profit SH's get nothing. When you look at CEOs package at risk is 50% of STI/LTI?With out knowing what kpis make this part .hard to no what is the motivation. Unless SH returns are written in these kpis I suspect we will get lip service. in the meantime we add more overheads to the payroll.
