No I was on listening mode. There was quite a lengthy description by Verner etc on what a shit show of a business environment it is at the moment. The US for instance has contradicotry policy on issues which causes significant difficulties. Even gaining the $150 million took far longer than it should have. Verner was while diplomatic pretty hot and bothered about how overly complicated, and not clear the business environment is in the US in regards to graphite and future support and who would qualify. US businesses are holding off on commitments until after the election. The choices as I read them are a drip feed of supporting decisions by the Democrats or a turbo charge of support from Trump, or not, depending on whether Trump gets distracted by a bright shiny thing.
