Leases are not included in FOB costs - there are operating leases and finance leases which complicate this but for all intents and purposes the major leases here we are talking about is the mobile fleet at SWC from Goldings (was HSE).
Think $34/t on a $154/t ASP (22%) sounds wrong for that low of an ASP... perhaps you've quoted ASP in USD and royalty AUD (I get US$21/t or AUD$34/t)?
