I'm a HUGE whisky drinker. I go to whisky expo's and I've visited a few distilleries in Scotland but I've never bought a Lark product.
I can't get past the price for a 500ml bottle. It's just too high for me.
I'm only on an average income though so perhaps your high net worth people are their market but it's certainly not the masses.

I'd agree that even I have been buying less whisky due to cost of living pressures. It's become a luxury compared to paying my mortgage, electricity, food etc. When I do buy a whisky, my go to these days is Glenlivet for about $65.00 - $75.00 a bottle. Can't beat it from the price.

For a 500ml bottle, Lark needs to be substantially cheaper to attract any market share in what is a crowded market.
Even Limeburners sells a good whisky (debatable, I know) which is 700ml for under $100 vs $200 for a 500ml bottle of Lark? No thanks.
