I would say this company is basically a new company, think of it as an IPO building on an existing company, or a reverse take over. The current 4C is absolutely not reflective of the current company and board or the new direction they're taking. There will probably be a capital raise in the near future to fund their BNPL business, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Once they're cashed up they have a clear path ahead and a good business model to build on. You wouldn't buy this company based on past performance, it's all forward looking from here.
