3rd week December is the rebalance. I phoned Douglas Beem Index Manager S&P Dow Jones Indices.
I will admit it does not look good for mml in that regard. Medusa is the last company on the index. Heres the reference for investors to keep an eye on:

It feels like the quarterly report is crunch time but theres still 7 weeks to adjust until the rebalancing of the 200 index.
