We should all reach out to CloudTen and Decipher and ask them if Jeff was gone and a whole new BoD would they want to stay in VOR..... clearly they want out, they were promoting their departure all over LinkedIn etc minutes within announced.
If they are threatening to leave then I'll be voting YES to sell as they hold all the value but in a perfect world i'd prefer to vote Jeff and Gary out, and the rest of them, and let CloudTen and Decipher run the show with an MD/CEO who knows how to grow a business!
