Brett Mitchell, the executive chairman of MXC was a director over at CTR from 11-Sep-2012 until he resigned on 01-Dec-2015. The CTR implosion was well underway by the time he resigned.
And to say that CTR's problems started before he arrived, in my opinion shows a total lack of understanding or knowledge of the issues at hand! The "problems" started after he arrive and long before he resigned and he was there from the beginning of CTR.

Brett was there on the 11-Sep-2012 So he was around for the entire CTR fiasco/joke/debacle.... and it is not over yet! People appear to be digging very deep in to a fleet of companies!
