As @mondyinvest pointed out to you, over $5.5m+ of that is essentially serving as the receivables facility, as in its a component of the TTV. Of course if your reading skills were better you'd have bothered to check out the frankly horrific things that customers say about your precious Splitit before you parted with your hard-earned:
