I was going to reply to your orig post bigal but decided not to do that.
You are on the right track but as you have discovered contracted volumes are no where near BMX/industry ref prices. This is something most have failed to recognise.
If I were you Id be using a $A price closer to $800-$900/t with current costs tracking closer to $500/t. Good news is that prices appear to be moving up just not to the quantum everyone thinks they are.
