successful doesn't necessarily mean that. Discussions of a commercial nature to agree on terms before signing contracts would indicate successful.

successful in this context could mean they finished on schedule....and nothing caught on fire....and it wasnt a failure, but does not mean the customer thought the tech hit the ball out of the park and they want to sign up.

If they were going forward with negotiations over a deal involving revenues, they should say so and believe they would be allowed to say so. Its an MOU or a letter of intent. Nothing binding. Companies usually do at every opportunity.

I'm not saying it wont happen, but there is no guarantee at this stage that it will. Been burnt so many times by microcaps geting close and falling short. And it happens more often than not. That is why I would like to see MORE from the company on the subject of casinos.
