My thoughts exactly mate. That's why I put up my query. The only explanation I've got is that maybe the average sales price CIF reported is the price received minus the shipping costs.
If that's the math they use then the reported $490 puts us ballpark with the actual graphite prices for the quarte
I dunno maybe I'm overthinking it
