After the Investor call I'm happy to average down and wait it out. DSE negotiated a very good deal with the client so it won't impact their financials as much.
The client still paid for their users - so, they still have that money and we're cash positive for September.
They were upfront and said that they were disappointed and frustrated and will work hard to resolve.
They stipulated that it's still a fast growing company and they're right to start using ARR as their numbers now and not users.
They also clarified that they have new partners and prospects that will enable more growth that haven't been accounted for yet.
So, from my point of view, I didn't sell this morning and have already lost most of my cash, I'm happy to sit back and see what lies ahead.
Really good questions from investors though.
Charif was extremely disappointed along with the board, but they also weren't panicking or worried. Good news will be in the pipeline.
