Half the customers went in a month. This model is high churn risk (spaghetti throwing approach in marketing), which means high cost to benefit ratio. That is not a good business model.
It's more like if your transmission goes, do you refurb at great expense and hope you get a bit more out of it or just get a new car with less potential issues.
