    Have to say that reading the MXC notice that it is rather interesting that they say a $2.5mil loan. That is very confusing.and it can be taken both ways. I will be interested to see what they say about it at the vote and I think they will get asked about it. It starts out saying a $2.5mil loan and then it also says that the derma division owes $25mil to MXC.
