It is possible for class action if someone has incurred any substantial loss because of this announcement, and if it is proven that the company's directors have not performed due diligence in this stance.

It has been known for ages that the use of CBD in food and medicine in China is strictly forbidden, and only cosmetic that contain a concentration under .3% THC is allowed.
This information can be easily found online and I have brought out this legal issue when they first announced this "YuShop China deal".
If they even take an effort to google it, they can find this out easily. I have absolutely no idea what are theses guys doing..
