It stopped being private when they became public leaks and were subsequently shown and reported on by legitimate publishing organisations. MXC also made public announcements in regards to them. Brett was going to apologize at the AGM... HAHA

There is nothing private about these communications and it is in the interests of investors to have this information available to them. They can then make up their own mind how much weight they give them in their decision making.

Holders may say it's in the past and they have changed. I say, look at the results, not their sales pitch and it's clear that very little has changed.
