The Nasdaq listing was stymied by the sudden market seizure in my opinion. Two years ago we raised $3m without much hassle to expand our rather small private operation, mainly from the bank. We are trying to do a similar raise at present and it is much much more difficult, does that make us more incompetent businessmen than we were two years ago.
