FMG lowest cost producer or did you conveniently leave that out
So what? FMG sell low grade IO which sell at massive (~30%) discounts. So FMG has far less margin that high grade producers like Vale.
At 'normal' $80 prices FMG it is only making about $60 which is only $15 margin. That means a share price of around $6-7.
