I don’t know where you are getting the 11 million debt figure from, if you read the last quarterly cash flow report, the section where they have to report any company debt, states that the present company debt is 3 million, not 11 million.
The 3 million debt as most know was a recent loan from the MD, which can be converted into shares in the future.
I can’t imagine that anyone is particularly happy holding these at the moment, including myself, I can’t believe how far they have been smashed down, the only recommendation I can give is, contact the company, let them know you are F*cking pissed off, the way things are going, find out what the plans are going forward, ask the hard questions on the areas that you think need addressing.
