Vincere is no longer operating so the debt must have been acquired by someone. If we find out Bass bought the debt, then he’s got a lot of answering to do.
Also the terms are very favourable. 3.15%pa for five years and then zero interest thereafter. It means we’re not paying interest in this and our ability to refinance if/when required must be very good.
