Thanks for the effort Bik, for context it would be great to maybe compare some of the ASX-listed producers in your videos as a bit of a case study and provide sone insight and commentary on their relative performances.

Back to PRU, I think we're seeing the benefits of a strong balance sheet, fiscal discipline, quarter-on-quarter delivery in terms of production targets being met and costs being kept under control. We're clearly not immune from weakness in the pog, but if you are looking for a gold stock to hunker down under during this period, PRU (and probably WAF) would be in my top 3. If you'd bought 6 months ago, you'd still be sitting on a +20% gain - pretty impressive.



However, if you'd purchased SBM and RRL six months ago you'd be sitting on a -34% loss. It shows that although sentiment is indeed negative overall towards the gold producers, the sentiment is not distributed equally. Others may have their own views, but I would suggest that a perception of overpaying for assets (e.g. RRL and the 30% interest in Tropicana) and uncertain growth trajectories (SBM) have come at a particularly bad time for these companies.
