Been a long term holder of GMV... I was hoping one of you guys might be able to help me wrap my head around something here. Recently GMV announced they had hired an underwriter to assist in their possible plans of listing the company in NASDAQ. This would mean that assuming all things go well, the company would be listed in the Hong Kong Exchange as well as NASDAQ. Would the listing in NASDAQ be similar to the what is being done in the Hong Kong Exchange (i.e. a form of capital raise to fund expansion)? How would the company being listed in multiple stock exchanges effect the stock price and value of the company?
