I have always spoken to Garry Crole if I could not get to SB. I would try that I have a number but would prefer to take that offline. Or you could phone Interprac on 03 92099777. I have found that he can put me in touch with whom I should speak to. I am not frustrated though - I am debating whether or not to buy more. On balance I think they have a good space and no Royal commission fallout plus what must be a strong move from banks to smaller providers.
