Correct. I didn't say he had an amazing investment track record, but he did see how the system operates and has relevant experience. I would also suggest Hird is not there for his investment ability; rather, his ability to attract inflows.
FWIW - Euree do put out their performance. Not on their website, but I've come across it before. It's basically what you'd expect for an owner of REITs at this point in time (not positive)
