Very astute Raider, you've totally nailed me there. I could say that I had my own Board meeting Wed/Thurs but I also, as posted, came to the conclusion that the expiration of the contract period would require an Ann from SER and that was all I'd be told so put it off to next week.

With their stated commitment to the deal I think we are just going to see an extension but hopefully one with some more detail as to what and when.

I've no reason not to believe that Mega are trying very hard to pull this together as Uley is a world class asset but the numbers are a big ask for a company with little apparent financial depth, particularly given recent market turmoil.

With risk appetite returning and the growing awareness of graphite they probably have a better shot over the next 3/4 months.

With both CEO's presenting at the London conference I'm thinking this might be the platform for Mega to launch there IPO. I'm trying to get organised to attend and will know next week.
