ausheds, FMS & NGC are nowhere near as advanced , and still are in my view way over valued , to start with. NGC only just got there 101 ( JORC ) no plant and are years from producing , FMS has't got a 101 or plant , 36 month till production , i think

MEGA has got the vision , money , expertise , to pull the SER assets , INDIA assets , and the $$$ to make up the 66% they need to bring into the deal to complete the whole deal ,
and that hinges largely on the india deal .imo i could well be wrong but is logic and fits the script .
