Here is one fact. Lots of people are being lead down the garden path.It seems that Mega is leading SER and SER is leading SER shareholders.

Why does it all keep changing by varying degrees?? Why don't we have binding dates? Benefit of the doubt is that business is tricky and there is risk so Mega is hussling to get backing. SER management is more patient than Ghandi at a british tea party or they are weak as piss.

No benefit of the doubt and you can speculate that Mega has nothing and are making it up as they go along.

Aussies being suckers for North Americans are just going along with it.
