1. JV with 1000000 cash
2. Transfer scheme. It is a condition of the Transfer Scheme becoming Effective that MEGA Graphite either lists
on the Toronto Stock Exchange or the New York Stock Exchange (or another securities
exchange agreed by SER) (referred to as TSX) or merges with another listed entity by
30 October 2011. If this condition is not met, the Uley graphite project will be retained by
SER shareholders.

3. All conditions listed in garden path 2 minus the date have been replicated in the bus review so the last paragraph meant nothing unless something is happen now.

So I like everyone else is on path 3 until a new path appears.

The deal is on only because there hasn't been a media release stating otherwise but words don't mean much when they've changed so much.

Doesn't all of this seem a bit strange to anyone?
