No one can know for sure where the deal stands and where SER shareholders stand until we get more detailed info. That info may or may not be forthcoming tomorrow - but I agree SER management would indeed, as you say, look "extremely inept" if Mega can't eventually come up with the $C70m in some shape or form.
I hope you - and the rest of us SER shareholders - have something to celebrate tomorrow.
