Perhaps Mega dont want to or can not raise in the market.
SER like Mega and dont want to walk from the deal.
So they say - come take some graphite, weve got tones of the stuff
Do something with it - earn some cred. make some cash, make some noise
Then come back with some dosh and lets do this deal.
What really counts is - what do SER/we get out of it?
Will it be a lasting investment or a one of pay-out to directors.
No research at all, flying by instinct and skim reading summaries of others.
