@m0ngy SER's share price swung between 0.3c and 0.4c for weeks in May, it only went up from 0.4c to 0.6c after Datt's placement. Without the involvement of a sophisticated fund, you would still be holding your share at a value of 0.4c.

The problem with this company was never dilution, but running on insufficient capital to proceed with its drilling program. Have a look at the past 3 tranches of placement, you will notice that the management team participated heavily in the cap raise after Datt's involvement. This is a clear signal that both the team and the new investors are now fully committed to the new drill program. Without these capital raises, SER will only be trading at its shell value, burning through its cash reserve over time.

I am still monitoring the company, and I think there will be lots of price actions when drilling starts.
