I'm not sure what to make of this extension. The world and his dog knows they can never afford a drill like that and if it's not going to happen , just drop it, cut it loose. So why the extension and for only 6 months, which is not long in this game as we all know.Just enough time to tidy up some paperwork really. I'm intrigued about this talk of some form of partnership with a IOC. I keep asking what does Nido have to offer an IOC? and in a different part of Asia. Maybe they can do some sort of swappsies. Even if Nido could retain 10% with a free carry, that's better than nothing, and with PNOC on side the DOE should oblige. The plot thicckens on 58. IMO only of course.
