Hey mate, thanks for sharing this. I put about 8 grand into this stock which probably isn't much compared to others but I consider the full amount a write off even though I haven't sold yet. One thing I would suggest to you is to not try to remake the money you lost in the same market. What I mean by this is if you lose money on stocks don't try and remake it in stocks (although from the tone of your message I don't think you will be).

In terms of the mental/physical suffering I would urge you to remember that money comes and goes. Even for people who are ultra wealthy, it comes and goes. Never forget that and try not to identify with it or hold onto it. The tighter you hold something the faster it leaves.
