I'm really sad for all holders here, amateur board are now in significant trouble. I flagged the thought of misleading announcements (ie: using the words exclusive, citing revenue estimates & contract periods) for deals that hadn't even made it to commercial usage - some of the HC crowd suggested that this is the nature of their service with no lock in contracts and all is good. I don't believe that to be the case - I guess the court will now decide but I reckon the boardroom will be a very nervous place in the coming months.
