I spoke to a representative at one of the firms looking into filing a class action, and he mentioned that their price agreement is based around 10% if it goes on for 9months or less, 20% for 9-18months and so on.
In the article posted by 8horse, it says that Maurice Blackburn's legal fees will be less than 10 per cent of the settlement. Am I missing something?
