I think it is likely the company will lose in court along with all there cash.
Pretty much a worthless stock now in my opinion.
I was also gobsmacked to see the share price move back up to $1.40 the other day ,easily one of the worst stocks on the ASX at the moment.
IM sure there will be plenty more suckers who will try to catch the falling knife.
