That's as I understand it. As per today's announcement it is decided by a central court.
The action joins two previously filed claims against the Company (McTaggert and Perera Proceedings). At a hearing on 13 April 2018, the Court considered which of the competing class actions filed by the plaintiff law firms (including the Webb Proceeding) should proceed. That hearing is currently partheard.
