It is currently with the Federal Court to decide between the first two proceedings lodged. Although I am unsure how the new action is brought into consideration by the Court , i.e. whether the decision is delayed subject to a hearing on the new class action or if decision is made and the claimants under the new class action are simply joined to action going forward.

Either way, multiple litigation funders seeing enough merit to individually bring actions should be enough for SHs to be highly concerned that they all believe there is meat on this bone that they see is for the taking.
