Bell Potter have updated their forecasts/projections following the 1H 2020 results and maintained a buy rating with a price target of $3.10.
Full year 2020 EPS forecast of 16c(+6%) and Dividend of 10c(+11%) based on REVENUE of $1009.6 EBITDA of $115.6m and NPAT of $65.2m. They also note that Cash Flow was impacted by higher one off Tax payments and a reduction in income in advance.
(It is perhaps worthy of note that their first half forecasts were almost 100%accurate). So why the sell down????
