Earnings and target price revision
• FY21-23 EPS down ~30% given the information content of 1H21 release
(incl. weaker 2H21 outlook). We still expect subdued activity across Utilities
(ex-Comdain) and Wireless and continue to capture the well-understood step
down in nbn Activations & Assurance revenues to $70m in FY22E (vs.
FY20A $333.6m (peak activations)). We also still assume SSM being a
beneficiary of nbn works to be awarded from the $4.5b Federal Budget
spend over FY22-23. PT $1.40 (prev. $2.01) on earnings changes.
