    The recent announcement regarding the Operating and Maintenance contract(commencing March 2016) supports that change of view -

    "revenue in first year valued at $40m and subsequent years to be at a multiple....."

    I can only find two stocks with almost guaranteed contacted future revenue indirectly funded by the Government( BSA being the other beneficiary).

    Seems to reduce the investment risk greatly imo and a PE of 16/17 should see SP around 85 - 90 in the short term.
