Well the prior CIM CEO seemed a dodgy dealer IMO. Didn't he withhold material details about using factoring to pump up the SP, and make net debt and operating cashflow numbers look better artificially? I suspect that will cost CIM a lot assuming the lawyers go for a class action eventually. So market confidence in this BICC deal will be low too IMO.
Still could be a good longing opp - lol - see what the response is!
