It’s interesting that this announcement is not price sensitive given the note in the audit. I guess that supports SAS’s argument that it didn’t need to be disclosed (which KPMG disagreed with). I’m surprised asx let this go, through, as not price sensitive but I guess it isn’t under the circumstances given it was discovered and discarded while under suspension.
